Return

It is easy to return a product:

• Contact us to initiate a return.
• We provide instructions for returning your product.
• Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our communication.

Keep in mind:

• Original shipping fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products not accurately described, or incorrect orders. Contact us to arrange these returns.
• You are responsible for returning the products to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Individual products may be excluded from this warranty. Please check the product description before placing your order.

Returned goods:

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, as follows:

• You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
• Reimbursement will be for the full value of the items returned, unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method used to make the purchase.

Refunds, credits and balances due:

As soon as EURO PERFORMANCE receives and processes your return, we will notify you by email. Your credit card must be credited within 10 business days from the time you received the email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement based on your financial institution's billing cycle.

 

Defective items:

Any product sell by EURO PERFORMANCE are inspected prior to be shipped to ensure that products meets our standards. Most of the products sell by EURO PERFORMANCE are visually inspected.

In case that you receive a defective product, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged items:

If you receive an order with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you accepted delivery and later find damage, contact us immediately using the contact information included with the order or in the Contact Us section of this web page.

Save all packing materials and order paperwork if shipping damage is a possible problem. If you dispose of the packing material or attempt to return merchandise without the original packaging you may not receive credit for the return.

Limits of Liability:

EURO PERFORMANCE do not accept any responsibility for user-caused damage and/or loss of parts incurred during the operation or use of the product.
